Who we are

Barq 360 is a technology company operating in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use this website, in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data we collect

• Data you provide: name, mobile number, company and project details when you fill in the contact form.
• Measurement data: if you consent, anonymised usage data such as pages visited and traffic source, via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
• Campaign source: link parameters (UTM) to know which campaign brought you.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request and send a quote.
• To improve the site and measure our ad campaigns.

We don’t sell your data, and only share it with service providers needed to run the site (hosting and form handling, and measurement tools with your consent).

Retention

We keep contact-request data for no more than 24 months unless you become a client, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent to measurement tools at any time. Email us at the address below.
